Amy is a compassionate and dedicated registered psychologist committed to helping people achieve their goals and lead fulfilling, value-driven lives.

Amy values working with children, adolescents and young adults drawing on evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT). These modalities help clients develop practical skills to manage unhelpful thoughts and emotions, foster resilience, and take meaningful actions aligned with their values and aspirations.

With experience working with a diverse range of clients across the lifespan, Amy has developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by individuals at different life stages. She has a particular passion for supporting young people, helping them navigate life transitions, build coping skills, and develop the confidence to face challenges with strength and clarity.

Amy is deeply committed to her own ongoing professional and personal growth, reflecting her dedication to providing the highest standard of care.

 

She is currently pursuing a Master in Psychology Practice (Clinical), further enhancing her expertise in delivering effective clinical interventions.
