Daniela has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. She specialises in supporting both neurodivergent and neurotypical clients who are experiencing stress, depression, anxiety, self-esteem concerns, sleep disorders, and trauma, among others. Daniela also treats clients suffering from functional neurological disorders.

Daniela takes a holistic approach with each client, working to uncover and understand their experiences. She believes people are more than their symptoms and challenges and aims to address their underlying issues collaboratively.

She uses a range of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Daniela was a tutor for Psychology at the University of Melbourne for several years and has published scientific articles on social cognition, empathy, and functional neurological disorder. She offers sessions in English and Spanish and is committed to providing a non-judgmental, respectful, and compassionate environment for all her clients.

Daniela shares this quote by the biologist and philosopher, Humberto Maturana: “Only love expands intelligence. To live in love is to accept the other and the conditions of their existence as a source of richness, not as opposition, restriction or limitation.”
