Elizabeth has worked with both adolescents and adults involving, but not limited to; anxiety and depressive disorders, emotion regulation difficulties, trauma, anger management, work and life stresses, learning difficulties, adjustment issues, substance use and addiction, grief and loss, relationship difficulties and personal development. Elizabeth has worked in government organisations, both in a community and forensic setting over the past four and a half years. Prior to becoming a psychologist, Elizabeth worked as a lawyer in a variety of settings for a number of years.

Elizabeth brings an empathic and non-judgmental approach to therapy. She draws from a variety of evidence based approaches such as CBT, ACT, MI, SFT as well as psychodynamic therapy. She aims to meet individuals where they are on their journey and tailors an approach that works best for them to make meaningful changes in their lives.
She is passionate about helping individuals achieve a greater understanding of themselves, their challenges, and achieve wellbeing from a holistic perspective.
