Kristian Holth

Kristian is passionate about empowering clients to navigate life’s challenges and to ultimately live a meaningful life. He has experience working with individuals across the adult lifespan, and enjoys helping clients with a range of issues. These include depression, anxiety,stress, life adjustment, relationship concerns, chronic health conditions, and issues particularly impactful for minority groups. He draws from a range of evidence-based approaches in this work, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.
Kristian also has experience in neuropsychological
assessment across public and private practice, in children and adults. Kristian adopts a non-judgemental approach in appreciating the uniqueness of every client, and brings broad life experiences and interests to these interactions. He is a keen musician and holds a bachelor of composition, and he is currently researching the impacts of music listening on emotion and memory.
